Chicago Rot is more than just a vigilante with a vendetta movie. It's a real life story of dedication, perseverance and passion. 7 years in the making, Chicago Rot was plagued with constant setbacks, struggle and sacrifice on the daily. How far would you go to make something? No need to ask director Dorian Weinzimmer, he showed us. Both cast and crew, much like The Ghoul, took the hits and refused to stay down. The Ghoul, our seemingly impervious anti hero, a freakish patchwork of pain and badass, stitched together with the torn flesh of his victims. An urban Frankenstein hellbent on avenging the death of his mother. There's so much both wild and beautiful imagery, coupled with a dark, seedy Chicago scenery. Five mins in and you start questioning whether or not your Koolaid is spiked. One minute he's battling a mammoth-tusked giant in a Gwar Thunderdome, the next minute he's stabbing a guy to death with a dildo. This is one hell of a wild ride and you couldn't fit a razor blade in between the awesome moments of this movie. Will The Ghoul exact his revenge? On April 4th, you'll find out. Much respect and appreciation to everyone involved in the making of this film. All the years of pressure and the heart you put into  it created a gem.
